• Abstract Submission
  - Oral presentation submission deadline: March 10th, 2022(PM 24:00 / Korean Standard Time, UTC+09:00)
  - Poster presentation submission deadline: March 20th, 2022(PM 24:00 / Korean Standard Time, UTC+09:00)
• Notification of Abstract Acceptance : April 1st, 2022

Guideline for Submission

1. STEP 1 : Log-in or Sign up into the system
2. STEP 2 : Click ‘Abstract Submission’
3. STEP 3 : Pick-up oral/poster presentation
4. STEP 4 : Upload the abstract
5. STEP 5 : Acknowledgement of your submission will be sent via email
6. STEP 6 : Check the acceptance notification by email and at My page

• The abstract should be up to one page in length and must be submitted online through the submission web page after the registration. The review process for the submitted abstracts will be managed by the NT22 Program Committee.
• The abstract must be written in English, and submitted prior to March 10, 2022 for oral presentation and March 20, 2022 for poster presentation. You may further edit and modify submitted abstract until the submission deadline.
• Acknowledgment of your submission will be automatically sent via email. Please make sure that you receive an email confirmation after submitting your abstract. If you do not receive the email, please check the submission result at ‘My Page’.
• Submitting an abstract implies the following agreement from its authors: Publishing of the abstract in the NT22 abstract proceeding and Presenter’s attendance at NT22 conference.
• Please kindly note that abstract submission is mandatory for all presenters in order for their presentations to be arranged in the proceedings of NT22 conference.

※ Changes :

• You may modify the submitted abstract until March 20, 2022, but you cannot change the presenter.
• If you wish to withdraw your submission, send the registration number with author name and abstract title to nt22@skku.edu until April 20, 2022.
• If you wish to change the presenter, you must withdraw the previous abstract and resubmit the abstract through the changed presenter’s account. For withdraw process, you should send the registration number with author name and abstract title to nt22@skku.edu
